Digital Transformation (DX) Introduction

Digital transformation represents a strategic change for businesses. It focuses on rapidly changing core services to meet new demands, but there is no commonly accepted set of changes an organization must undertake to digitally transform.

The term is sometimes used to mean adopting new architectures, like containers and microservices, or new processes, like DevOps. However, digital transformation isn’t a thing that you can get — it is something that every organization has to define uniquely for itself.

Transformation Manifesto

To drive an impactful “TRANSFORMATION” journey & for creating TRANSFORMATIONAL” outcomes, Don’t fail to consider :

WHAT YOU WANT TO BECOME in addition to WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH

HOW YOU THINK in addition to WHAT YOU THINK

WHY YOU DO in addition to WHAT YOU DO

In other words:

The more you consider developing CAPABILITY, the more will be your ACCOMPLISHMENT

The more you invest in building MINDSET, the more will be your THOUGHT LEADERSHIP.

The more you create clarity on PURPOSE, the more will be your OUTCOME

  1. While there is value in the items mentioned on the right side, the real value lies in the left.
  2. While items on the right give you tactical focus, those on the left will provide you with strategic direction.

The execution plan for DX

When you view digital transformation as a continuous process — and emphasize the importance of culture in parallel to, not at the expense of, technology and process — you’re positioning your organization for a successful transformation.
