Here are some pointers from the recent reading — “Hit Refresh”. This series covers the most significant changes of the digital era, examines how people, organizations and societies can and must transform, how they must ‘hit refresh’ in their persistent quest for new energy, new ideas and continued relevance and renewal.

  1. There may be some disharmony in any organization / roles. But never see it as insolvable.
